today in class we has a test and as a surprise it was open blog good thing i did nothing in my blogs for the past three weeks but it still felt easy the only thing that i was not certain of was the branches of government I knew the executive, Judicial and than the last one sat on the tip of my tong i put down representative but was not very sure it was right but i still feel confident

today in class we went over the test and i got an 82 on it which i'm happy about also Mr. Schick put in one of the questions wrong and the entire class got 3 points of the test the rest of the class watching this

today in class we went over the power point on the Constitution and the preamble it went over the reasoning of the preambles appearance in the Constitution. We looked at the articles of the constitution and how Trumps travel ban might be unconstitutional. we also took notes on the origins of the articles of confederation and how that went wrong.

the preamble
the preamble is the start of the constitution it states what the founding fathers set out to do with the constitution. it states that there will be no domestic violence and established a court system, provide troops, give every person equal voting rights, and to establish ourselves as the United States of America.

in today's blog we where told to write about the articles of confederation, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The Articles of Confederation was the precursor to the constitution allowing states rights to make there own laws within the state in this form of government the people had little to no power in the government. the people protested and the Articles of Confederation where repealed and the constitution was made in its place it allowed people to have some say in the government by electing representatives to vote for them. finally the bill of rights gave Americans the rights they wanted that king George didnt give them
